Regarding Orders:

| Minimum Order Quantity: | 1000 pieces on terminal insulators 50 pieces on electro-mechanical items |
| Delivery: | 2 to 4 weeks after order confirmation |
| Delivery with setup charges: | TERMINAL INSULATORS Ship within 5 days after order confirmation: US $250 + expedited freight charge. Ship in 5 to 13 days after order confirmation: US $125 ELECTRO-MECHANICAL Please contact VTE Inc. for setup and expedited delivery charges. |

| Expedited shipments: | UPS, Federal Express, Carrier of your choice |
| Terms: | 1% - 10 Net 30 (freight prepaid and added) 2% - 10 Net 30 (billed to your UPS account) |

Note 1:
To avoid errors caused by illegible faxes, verbal order transcription, interpretation of dialects and languages, etc., VTE will send an order confirmation via fax to you. You must review the way we entered your order and notify us of any errors. Fax it back to us and we will then process your order.
Note 2:
The setup charges are per item (basic mold). First 3 digits of the part number.
Regarding Shipping Times:
All orders close on the day of shipment at 12:00 NOON GMT.
